01 Overview & Policy Principles

At IKR Technologies, we strive for engineering excellence and total client satisfaction across custom web development, mobile application builds, AI/ML model integrations, and DevOps consulting.

Because custom software development involves dedicated engineering time, sprint allocations, and bespoke architecture setup, refunds are evaluated based on project milestones, hours logged, and contract models as outlined in this policy.

02 Fixed-Scope Project & Milestone Builds

For projects executed under a Fixed-Scope Statement of Work (SOW), the following refund terms apply:

If a client terminates a project midway through an uncompleted milestone, IKR Technologies will calculate the exact developer hours logged up to the notice date, deduct the equivalent cost from the milestone payment, and refund any remaining balance.

03 Monthly Retainer & Dedicated Team Models

For clients utilizing dedicated developers, team augmentation, or monthly retainers:

• Notice Period: Cancellation requires a fourteen (14) day written notice prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle.
• Current Billing Cycle: Payments for the active billing cycle are non-refundable, as engineering capacity and sprint schedules are pre-committed to your account.
• Prepaid Future Cycles: Any prepaid retainer fees for future billing cycles that have not yet commenced will be 100% refunded.

04 Hourly Consulting & Advisory Services

For technical consulting, CTO-as-a-Service, architecture reviews, and hourly advisory engagements:

• Delivered Consulting Hours: Time expended by our senior architects or consultants is non-refundable once completed.
• Unused Prepaid Hours: If you purchase a block of prepaid consulting hours and decide to terminate the advisory agreement early, any unused hours are 100% refundable upon request.

05 30-Day Post-Launch SLA Warranty

All fixed-scope engineering projects include 30 days of free post-launch support and defect remediation starting from the production launch or final handover date.

06 Non-Refundable Items & Exclusions

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Third-Party Vendor Costs: Server hosting (AWS, GCP, Vercel), domain registrations, paid SSL certificates, or third-party API subscription costs incurred on behalf of the client.
• Client Delays exceeding 30 Days: Projects stalled due to prolonged client unresponsiveness exceeding thirty (30) consecutive days without prior written notice are deemed dormant and subject to non-refundable milestone forfeitures.
• Scope Alterations: Out-of-scope change requests executed beyond original project specifications.

07 How to Request a Cancellation & Refund

To initiate a formal project cancellation or refund request, please follow these steps:

• Submit an official written email to info@ikrtechnologies.in.
• Include your Statement of Work (SOW) number, Project Name, and detailed rationale for the request.
• Our project accounting team will schedule a brief audit call within two (2) business days to review completed deliverables and calculate any eligible refund balance.

08 Refund Processing & Payout Timelines

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved by our finance department:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Wire, Credit Card, or Payment Gateway) within 7 to 14 business days.
• A formal credit note and transaction breakdown statement will be issued to your billing email.
